Carne asada tacos

Carne Asada Steak:
Flank steak (we did one small piece about 8 oz????)
Cilantro (for this small amount of steak used about 1/4-1/2 cup chopped up)
Olive oil (drizzle about 1-2 tbsp?)
Lime juice (about 3 lime wedges)
Garlic (about 2-3 cloves. We like lots of garlic)
Cumin (sprinkle about 1/8 tsp)
Salt and pepper (sprinkle to taste about 1/8 tsp each)

Chop up cilantro. Add all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together. Add the steak and coat well. Let marinate for about an hour. 

Grill the steak on a BBQ or in a pan. Cook to desired doneness. We did medium (145°F if you want to temp it). 

Taco: 
Soft corn tortillas
Cheese, grated (we did havarti this time) 
Carne Asada Steak
Cilantro lime Fresca
Cabbage
Lime juice
Fresh pico de Gallo 
Avocado 

Warm tortillas in a dry pan on very low heat. Like number 2. Flip once tortilla is starting to get warm. Sprinkle grated cheese over tortilla. Once the cheese is mostly melted transfer tortilla to plate and assemble taco. Enjoy!
