Crispy Chicken Wings
Rinse chicken wings with cold water.
Drain water.
Season with salt and pepper to bring out moisture. Put in fridge.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Drizzle and spread canola oil. Make sure evenly coated and entire surface is oiled well.
Make dretch.
About 1/4 cup corn starch
About 1/8 tsp baking powder
About 1/8-1/4 tsp salt
Fresh ground pepper
About 1 tsp garlic powder
About 2 tsp oregano
About 1 tsp paprika
About 1 tsp chili powder
Mix together
Take wings out of fridge. Take each wing and place in paper towel and dry wing out as much as possible. Place wing in corn starch seasoned mix. Make sure each wing is coated well.
Place in fridge for about 30 min or not.
Bake in oven for 45 min at 400°F.
Make your sauce of choosing. Once wings are done toss sauce over wings in a bowl and enjoy!
