Veggie Bagel
Ingredients
1 Everything bagel
About 1 tbsp Lemon Dill Mayo
About 8-10 Cucumber slices
1 Roma tomato
1/2 avocado
Black and white sesame seeds
Kosher salt
Toast bagel. Slice cucumber, tomato. Spread lemon Dill Mayo on each side of bagel. Add cucumber slices on each side. Add tomato slices. Cut avocado in half and then half again. (A quarter avocado per side). Slice avocado and peel off skin. Add to bagel. Season with kosher salt and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
